After your order has been placed, GMI will ship in two business days. We provide free shipping service up to 125.00 to the freight company terminal for your city and zip code.

Our Free Shipping does not include a LIFT GATE or RESIDENTIAL or COMMERCIAL ADDRESS DELIVERY! This is an optional cost.

  • Our Free Shipping service assumes you have a way to get your scooter off of the truck; such as a dock, fork lift or several people to lift out the 200 pound crate. We can add a lift gate truck if you need some help unloading the crate(s). So please add this if you do not have at least 2 or 3 strong guys to help unloading the crate.

  • If you want your new scooter to be delivered to your home, please add the Residential Delivery fee. For your home delivery, you may also need lift gate service,

    What Is A Lift Gate?

    A lift gate is a truck that is equipped with a back end loading or unloading device that will automatically lower your scooter to the ground. We recommend a lift gate for those who do not feel as though they will have adequate resources to unload over sized packages.
