After your order has been placed, processed and credit card approval. Scooters, ATV's and motorcycles will ship Freight Line (Tailgate Delivery) a minimum of two people should be present to accept delivery. Remember truck drivers are not responsible for getting items off the truck.

For Shipments to Alaska , Hawaii or ouside the 48 states please email or phone us for shipping prices. Items that include Shipping does not pertain Alaska and Hawaii or Internationally.

Stock Status

Items that are available for immediate delivery will "Usually ship within 24-48 hours". These items are usually shipped the same day the order is placed if we receive the order by 11:00am EST. If the order is received after 12:00pm EST, your order will usually be shipped the following business day. Remember that Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and no packages will be shipped on these days. There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of stock on a particular item. Items that are not available for immediate delivery will state they are "temporarily out of stock". We may be expecting a normal shipment from the manufacturer or the item may be on back-order from the manufacturer. Usually we are restocked in a matter of days but on occasion an item can take weeks to be restocked. You can always email us or phone us @ 1-800-706-0093 to find the current status of any item.

Return Policy:

Refund will be given less shipping cost both ways (initial shipping cost to the customer and back to our warehouse), plus a 15% restocking fee on all items being returned within 7 days from date of delivery. Items returned must be in the original shipping carton. No exceptions.

Scooters, ATV's, Motorcycles, and Go-Karts will not be accepted for return if they have been taken out of the original shipping carton. No exceptions.

You must insure items that are insured by us. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from GMI LTD.. This return authorization must be given within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.

We do not accept packages that are not expected.

NOTE: Your satisfaction is very important to us! We have provided dimensions, specifications and photos on all vehicles and other items to better help you with your purchasing decision.

We also have detailed instructions for receiving and assembly of your products to assist you as well as recommendations for proper and safe assembly.

Your purchase of any of our products on the web or phone or fax constitutes acceptance with this policy.

Again be sure to fully inspect the shipment when it arrives, notify the driver of any damage or missing pieces and mark the invoice or inspection form accordingly. Be sure to have the driver sign this form along with your signature.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been placed , accepted, and paid for if the customer wants to cancel before the order has been shipped out a 20.00 fee will be subtracted for credit card fees incurred.

Registering Your Scooter

It is important to note GMI LTD. does not make any representations to any laws governing the operation, registration, and ownership of your scooter. You are responsible for registering your scooter according to your local and state laws. GMI LTD. will provide you with a Manufacturers Certificate of Origin (original title) as well as a bill of sale. It is important to check your local and state laws before purchasing and operating your scooter.
