The department shall deposit $22 of the $30 application fee to the credit of the Big Bend National Park account in the state treasury. Money in the account may be used only by the Parks and Wildlife Department to support the activities of a designated nonprofit organization whose primary purpose is the improvement or preservation of Big Bend National Park. Of each fee received, the department shall use $8 to defray its administrative costs. The department shall credit 50 cents from its administrative costs to the county treasurer of the applicable fee.

Instructions for Downloading Forms

For PDF Format
Click on the PDF file you wish to download. File will open in PDF Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, free downloads are available at Adobe Acrobat Reader.

For Word Format
1. Click on the .DOT file you wish to download. You will be given the option to save the document to the directory (folder) of your choice. Once you have chosen a directory the file will be download to your computer with an .EXE extension.
2. Open Windows Explorer (File Manager) and double click on the downloaded .EXE file. The .EXE file will be unzipped and appear as a .DOT file in the same folder.
3. You can then open the .DOT file through Windows Explorer or MS Word.

Faxed Copy
To obtain a faxed copy of a form, call toll free 1-888-232-7033 and enter the correct fax form number and a return fax number when prompted.

Any fax form presented for processing must be legible and complete. Original Signatures are required on application forms. The department will not accept an application received by fax.
