PURPOSE
The purpose of this RTB is to provide another opportunity to complete and return the enclosed 2005 County Satisfaction Survey.

DETAILS
The number of survey responses we received this year was low in comparison to recent years. Your input is important to us! Feedback from these surveys leads to improvements in all phases of registration and titling business.

COUNTY ACTION
Due to the low number of responses received from the survey mailed to you on April 20, we are enclosing another survey and ask that you complete and return it to us no later than June 1. If you already completed and returned the first survey, please disregard this request. We really have enclosed a stamped, self-addressed envelope this time for your convenience. You may wish to expedite returning your completed survey by faxing it to (512) 302-2099.

In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments. If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they are issued.
