PURPOSE
To provide you with the revised application for Pearl Harbor Survivor specialty license plates, Form VTR-419. There is a $5.30 replacement fee for these plates.

DETAILS
The Pearl Harbor Survivor specialty license plate application has been revised. Due to the new design of the Pearl Harbor Survivor license plate, personalized Pearl Harbor Survivor license plates selections are allowed up to five characters, spaces, punctuation symbols, or the silhouette of Texas.

Applicants who are currently issued personalized Pearl Harbor Survivor license plates that contain more than five characters, spaces, punctuation symbols, or the silhouette of Texas, and who request a remake of the personalized plate with the new design, will need to submit a new application with a selection of five characters or less. The new personalized plate will have the same expiration.

COUNTY ACTION
Attached is a copy of the revised application. These forms will be distributed as soon as they are printed. In the meantime, the attached form can be photocopied for distribution to customers.

In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments. If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they are issued.
