Attached is the 2005 County Satisfaction Survey. This survey has been reduced to one page containing the most relevant items for your consideration. Please take a few moments to complete this form and return it to us.

The responses will be tabulated and studied to help us improve communication and service to you, our partners, and more importantly, our customers. Results of previous surveys have led to the establishment of the 1-800 RTS help line, various RTS enhancements, reformatted registration and title manuals, updating the Helpful Hints Book, categorized RTBs, better training programs, improved phone systems and a much better understanding of the needs of the counties and the public. We need and value your input, so let us hear from you!

Please return the survey in the enclosed stamped, pre-addressed envelope by Wednesday, May 11; we would like to present preliminary results at the Tax Assessor-Collectors Association Conference in June. If you wish your responses to remain confidential, please place a check-mark in the provided space on the bottom of the survey and return in a "Personal and Confidential" envelope. In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments. If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they are issued.
