PURPOSE
To provide a revised copy of VTR Facts, a yearly publication with a variety of facts about the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (VTR).

DETAILS
VTR Facts is published by the VTR Public Information Office. VTR recently received updated figures on specialty license plate sales and revenue. We have also clarified the way we report vehicle registration transactions and actual vehicles registered.

COUNTY ACTION
Please discard the VTR Facts brochure you received as an attachment to RTB #132-04 on December 6, 2004, and use the updated copy attached to this bulletin.
