PURPOSE
To advise of the VTR forms added on the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Web site.

DETAILS
After reviewing the input provided by the Tax Assessor-Collectors Association, the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division has updated the list of VTR forms currently available on the TxDOT Web site. Attached is a list of the additional VTR forms now available in Word Format, Portable Document Format (PDF), and Fax on Demand (FOD). However, due to the complexity of the FOD system, some forms may not be available at this time but will be in the near future.

For your convenience, VTR has also provided an Internet link to the State Comptroller,
Texas Motor Vehicle Tax Forms. To access the State Comptroller forms from the TxDOT Web site, select "FAQs and Forms" from the left-hand column, then select "TxDOT Forms" from the drop down menu, click "Vehicle Titles and Registration" from the next menu and then click on the specified forms link.

In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments. If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they are issued.
