PURPOSE
To advise of revisions made to the Iowa Certificate of Title.

DETAILS
Effective January 3, 2005, Iowa began issuing a revised certificate of title. Attached is a copy of the notification letter from the Iowa Department of Transportation, a sample of the revised certificate of title, and an explanation of the new security features.

In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments.
