PURPOSE
To provide information regarding the functional and procedural changes to RTS to accommodate the RSPS for subcontractors.

DETAILS
RSPS allows subcontractors, which have been approved by the county tax office, to print Windshield and Universal License Plate Stickers at the time of purchase. Upon implementation of RSPS, the subcontractor will no longer issue color-coded preprinted stickers.

Additionally, this release will accommodate the processing of registration for vehicles with no VINs at subcontractor locations. This supersedes the information that was provided in
RTB 100-04.

The attached release notes describe the functional and procedural changes necessary to accommodate the RSPS for subcontractor renewal, and should provide adequate support for the user.
