Subject:	Conversion of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Specialty License Plate to the Digital License Plate System

PURPOSE
To announce the latest specialty license plate approved for manufacturing by the Digital License Plate System (DLPS).

DETAILS
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Specialty License plate is now being produced through DLPS.

The specialty license plates may be viewed, and applications downloaded, at the Texas Department of Transportation’s Internet Website at www.dot.state.tx.us.
