Subject:	Introduction to Registration and Title System (RTS) Version 5.2.1 Point of Sale Sticker Printing (POSSP) at Subcontractor (e.g. "Grocery Store") Locations

PURPOSE
To provide an overview of POSSP at subcontractor locations utilizing a Remote Sticker Printing System (RSPS). This is for all counties using or contemplating using subcontractors.

DETAILS
With the successful implementation of POSSP, RTS Version 5.2.0, the Texas Department of Transportation is now piloting RTS Version 5.2.1 in McLennan County. This last phase allows for point of sale sticker printing at the subcontractor locations utilizing RSPS.

The attached document provides an overview of the RSPS equipment, user groups, training, implementation and future updates.

DEPARTMENT ACTION
Training for RTS Version 5.2.1 will be conducted by regional office personnel. Counties will receive the Release Notes for the version release prior to training.
