PURPOSE
To distribute in advance the notes from the VTR presentation to be given by Jerry Dike and Mike Craig at the V.G. Young Conference in College Station, Texas.

DETAILS
This year’s V.G. Young presentation will include an overview of the issues currently in focus for TxDOT and VTR. Topics include registration evasion reduction efforts, programming, license plates and other pertinent issues. As always, we look forward to the dialog the conference generates and the customer service advances which result.
