Uniform Lienholder Address |
PURPOSE
To advise you to process all title transfer transactions with
the lienholder information provided on the Form 130-U.
DETAILS
Previously, the department provided a central mailing address
for transactions related to specific lienholders regardless of what was printed
on the Form 130-U. The department’s procedure is to process title transactions
with information provided on line 16 of the Form 130-U.
COUNTY ACTION
If your lienholder table indicates a different address than
what is listed on the Form 130-U, use the address listed on the Form 130-U.
