PURPOSE
To announce administrative changes and to present our new organizational chart.

DETAILS
The attached organizational chart is an update to RTB #004-04, dated January 20, 2004. Please note these changes to the VTR organizational chart:

Jerry Johnson is the Division Internal Auditor.
Darah Waldrip is the Public Information Officer.
Tracy Godfrey is the manager of the Title Control Systems Branch.
Ann Pierce is the manager of the Special License Plate Branch.
David Chambers is the supervisor of the Special Services Branch.
Danny Garza is the manager of the Pharr Regional Office.
Cherel Valdez is the supervisor for the Midland/Odessa Regional Office.
Delma Childress is the lead worker for the San Angelo Regional Office.
The Customer Help Desk is now under the Director of Registration and Title System.
Michael Cuellar and Jeff Kirk are the two Assistant Directors of Field Operations.
Monica Blackwell is the Chief of Titles.
John Gray is the manager of the Dallas Regional Office.
