PURPOSE
To advise of revisions made to the South Dakota Certificate of Title.

DETAILS
Effective September 1, 2004, South Dakota began issuing a revised certificate of title. Attached are copies of the letter explaining the new features and a sample certificate of title from the South Dakota Division of Motor Vehicles.

In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments. If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records.
