PURPOSE
To pass along some good news about a mutual acquaintance.

DETAILS
Jerry L. Dike, Director of the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division of the Texas Department of Transportation, was recently elected as Chair of the AAMVA International Board of Directors. AAMVA is an association of North American vehicle administrators and industry partners that develops uniform programs in driver licensing, vehicle titling/registration and motor carrier services. A news release that has been distributed statewide is attached to provide you with more information.

Texas will host next year’s AAMVA Annual International Conference in Fort Worth August 28 through September 1, 2005. You are cordially invited to attend.
