Registration and Title Bulletin #095-04

Date: September 13, 2004
To: All County Tax Assessor-Collectors
Category: Specialty Plates
Subject: License Plate of the Month/And Justice For All Specialty License Plate
Attachment

PURPOSE
To provide you with a news release and information about the And Justice For All specialty license plate featured for the month of September.

DETAILS
During the month of September, we are highlighting the And Justice For All specialty license plate. Funds raised from the sale of this plate support civil legal services to Texans who cannot afford legal services through the Texas Equal Access to Justice Foundation. The license plate can be purchased at any time, regardless of when a vehicle registration expires. The plate is available for passenger cars and light trucks for $30 per year, in addition to regular registration fees. The And Justice For All specialty license plate features a partial white star within a larger star with the Texas flag imprinted over it on the left side of the plate. The background is white with the words And Justice For All running across the bottom of the plate.
