PURPOSE
The attached materials are being distributed to assist you in providing information to customers and the media on Point of Sale Sticker Printing (POSSP).

DETAILS
The Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (VTR) has developed several materials to help customers and the media understand our transition to POSSP, including its benefits and important information about applying the sticker to vehicles. A news release you may modify for your local media is attached to this bulletin. Additionally, VTR is printing flyers, counter signs and envelope inserts (English and Spanish) you may use to help customers understand how to apply the stickers. Copies of these materials are attached to this bulletin, and supplies will be sent to your regional office for distribution soon.

COUNTY ACTION
Please use the attached materials as needed to inform your customers and local media about POSSP.

In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they are issued.
