PURPOSE
To provide guidelines for processing title and registration transactions for the Carolina Growler.

DETAILS
The Carolina Growler is a vehicle being assembled in Florida. Once assembled, these vehicles are assigned a Florida VIN and are then titled in Florida. The Florida title will indicate "ASPT" (assembled from parts) as the vehicle make, the Florida assigned VIN, and an "ASSMBL PARTS" title remark.

COUNTY ACTION
Please process all title transactions for Carolina Growlers as follows:

• Use ASVE (assembled vehicle) as the vehicle make;
• Use the year model indicated on the Florida title;
• Use the Florida assigned VIN;
• Use "LL" as the body style; and
• Do not indicate a title brand.

The Carolina Growler will be registered with optional registration.
