Registration and Title Bulletin #147-03
| Date: |
December 15, 2003 |
| To: |
All County Tax Assessor-Collectors |
| Subject: |
2004 Gregorian and Application Manager (AM) Date |
PURPOSE
To provide you with a table listing of all of the Gregorian and Application
Manager (AM) dates for 2004.
DETAILS
-
The AM date is part of the transaction identification number that prints on
receipts and some reports.
-
This information will be helpful when reviewing mainframe reports, which only
lists transactions by their AM dates, not their Gregorian dates.
-
Following is an example:
-
Transaction number: 043062 37985 163051
-
The number in bold print and underlined is the AM date. The AM date will always
be represented as the 7th through the 11th digit in the
transaction number.
-
On the Gregorian calendar, this 5-digit number would be listed under the month
and next to the date. (Example: 37985 is under January and is
listed next to 1, hence the Gregorian date for this transaction would be
January 1, 2004).
