We would like to wish you and your staff a merry and joyous holiday season! TxDOT, VTR, and the counties have had a very busy and productive year and we are grateful for all your hard work to make it a successful one as well. FY 2003 ended with some rather remarkable statistics in our combined efforts to serve the public:

We experienced a lot of change in 2003 with 29 retirements and significant new legislation that impacted the vehicle registration and titling business. The New Year promises to be just as productive as we implement initiatives that will deliver even better service to our customers. Our strong partnership with you remains very valuable to us and we are grateful that we work so well together in meeting and solving the wide variety of challenges we face.

If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they are issued.
