PURPOSE
To announce the 2003 Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (VTR) Star Award winners.

DETAILS
We are pleased to announce that VTR’s Midland/Odessa and San Angelo Regional Manager David Jaso and Technical Operations Chief Tobe Hubbard have been selected as this year’s VTR Star Award winners.

David’s career with VTR began in 1988 when he was a title examiner. He has been a Regional Office Manager since 1996. Tobe has been with the Texas Department of Transportation for 25 years and has been instrumental in managing VTR’s information resources supporting RTS, in addition to many vital technical projects.

The Star Award is given annually to recognize exceptional service by a regional employee and a VTR Headquarters employee. These two employees have demonstrated outstanding service to the TxDOT and VTR missions and visions and we acknowledge the assistance they have continually given to VTR customers and employees throughout Texas. Please join us in congratulating David and Tobe as winners of the 2003 VTR Star Award. Thank you.
