This information is provided to apprise the general public of issues affecting the state’s vehicle titling and registration process.

Subject:	Registration and Title System (RTS) Version 5.1.5 – Fix 1

PURPOSE
This is to inform you of changes to the RTS software application.

DETAILS
RTS Version 5.1.5 – Fix 1 contains revisions to the Admin Tables (Rebuilt Salvage 75% - 94% description). The following is a list of the changes made:

Salvage Document Types display new wording;
Rebuilt Salvage Indicator Descriptions or remarks display new wording; and
All Rebuilt Salvage transaction processing will remain unchanged.

The attached "5.1.5 – Fix 1 Activity Changes" document lists the corrections made to the RTS application. The following events were updated to reflect these changes:

County Processing Internet Renewal
Title Application
County Wide Report
Dealer Completed Report

Statewide distribution of RTS Version 5.1.5 – Fix 1 will occur on or after November 20, 2003.

Please distribute the attached Release Notes to your respective deputies and discuss as required.
