Subject:	Vehicle Titles and Registration Presentation for the 2003 V.G. Young Conference

PURPOSE
To distribute the notes from the presentation given by Jerry Dike at the recent V.G. Young Conference in College Station, Texas.

DETAILS
At this year’s V.G. Young Conference we presented an overview of the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (VTR) and recent developments that will change the way we do business. The attachment contained with this RTB includes talking points that I presented at the conference that you may find informative. Subjects addressed include new legislation and its impact on transportation in Texas, new license plates and significant changes taking place in the special plates area, RTS II, point-of-sale stickers, and other issues relating to our business.
