Appointment of Michael Cuellar, VTR Customer Help Desk Manager |
PURPOSE
To announce the appointment of Michael Cuellar as the new manager of the
Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (VTR) Customer Help Desk.
DETAILS
VTR has selected Michael Cuellar to be the new manager of the Customer Help
Desk effective November 10, 2003.
Michael began working for VTR in 1994 as a help desk customer service clerk in
Austin for RTS. In 1996, he moved to the San Antonio Regional Office and became
a customer service supervisor. He was promoted to Corpus Christi Regional
Office Manager in 1999. Most recently, Michael has served as the manager of our
Title Control Systems Branch. Before coming to VTR, Michael worked for the
Bexar County Tax Office motor vehicle department.
Michael has more than 12 years of experience with vehicle registration and
titling issues. He has a Bachelor’s of Business Management degree from Texas
A&M University-Corpus Christi.
Michael will be managing both the public and county sides of the help desk
providing assistance with RTS related issues. Please join us in welcoming
Michael as the new manager of the VTR Customer Help Desk.
