Subject:	Assembly Procedures for Title Transactions and Title Package Reports

PURPOSE
To address assembly procedures for the submission of title transactions and to revise mailing procedures for the title package and Funds Remittance Reports. This bulletin amends Tax Assessor-Collector Letter 1-98.

DETAILS
Attached is the new assembly process for submitting title transactions and Title Package Reports, RTS POS5911.

A new special examination envelope is now required for questionable transactions needing further review by the Title Control Systems Branch.

In addition, checks should no longer be submitted with the title package. All checks and Funds Remittance Reports should be submitted directly to:
