PURPOSE
To provide you with a copy of the new 4-color Texas Specialty License Plate brochure.

DETAILS
The enclosed brochure is a new publication available from the Vehicle Titles and Registration Division (VTR). This color brochure is a handy visual reference for all
non-qualifying specialty plates that are available to the public. The brochure is intended for distribution to the walk-in customers who are interested in the variety of specialty plates that can be purchased. It will also serve as a handy reference for county and regional staff when providing information and assistance to the public.

We plan to update the brochure approximately every six months as new specialty plates are added to our inventory. Supplies of this brochure can be ordered through your VTR region; the form number is VTR-20.

We feel that you will find this new publication useful when assisting specialty plate customers.

In some cases the Registration and Title Bulletins (RTB) contain attachments. If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250. Subscribers will automatically receive all RTB mailings as they are issued.
