The responses to these county surveys are tabulated and studied to help us improve communication and service to you, our partners and most important customers. Results of previous surveys have led to the establishment of the 1-800 RTS help line, various RTS enhancements, manual revisions, better training programs, improved phone systems and a generally better understanding of the needs of the counties and the public. If you require a copy of the original signed RTB and the attachments, please email your request with the RTB number to VTR Info Request/Open Records. Repeat requests are subject to charges in accordance with Open Record policies. A subscription service is also available for an annual fee of $250.
