Happy holidays to you and your staff! It has been a very busy and productive year and we appreciate all your hard work to make it a successful one as well. FY 2002 ended with some rather remarkable statistics in our combined workloads in serving the public:

• 18.7 million registrations
• 5.9 million titles
• $4 billion in RTS collections
• $7 million in special plate revenue
• 8 million license plates manufactured
• 2,000 contract vendor-Motor Vehicle Inquiry
• 35.5 million Law Enforcement inquiries

While 2002 was certainly very busy, 2003 promises to be as much or even more so. As always, our strong partnership with you allows us to work so well together in meeting and solving the wide variety of challenges we face each year. We look forward to working with you on all the motor vehicle titling and registration issues in 2003.
