Subject:	Navigation of the Registration and Title System (RTS) II Online User Guide

PURPOSE
To present Release Notes on new navigation procedures for the RTS II Online User Guide.

DETAILS
Online User Guide navigation procedures contain the following:

The “Help” button for screens in the RTS II application links you to the correct screen in the Online User Guide.

Addition of “hyperlinks” allows the user to click on a Table of Contents item and go directly to the selected section in the Online User Guide.
