The VTR Regional Offices provide support to the county tax offices within their region. Most customer services relating to vehicle titling and registration in Texas take place in the county tax office. If you are in doubt, call the Tax Assessor-Collector's office or VTR regional office before driving to either office.

All VTR Regional Offices are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm local time Monday through Friday, except for certain holidays.
