Choosing your Helmets
Your fit is very important. Make sure your helmet fits tight but is confortable and not painful to wear.
Your Head is very important, do not buy a cheap Helmet. A Helmet is for protection.
We recommand that you wear a Helmet at all times.

You want a Helmet to that if you fall off or are thrown from your bike to:
Absorb as much of the initial impact
A tight lining that will not allow your head to bounce around in the shell, and absorb as much of the force as possible.
Light weight so that the Helmet is confortable when wearing.
Helmet sizing chart
To measure your correct helmet size, you need to measure the circumference of your head. You need to have a tape measure and wrap it around your head about one inch above your eyebrows and above your ears.
Match your measurement to the chart below. If your measurement is between sizes, take the larger size on the chart below.
